As part of our regular maintenance routine, we conduct weekly tests on various systems including the generator, fire protection
equipment, pumps, and transfer pumps.

Additionally, on a monthly basis, we perform maintenance tasks on elevators 1 and 2, which involve installing car door rollers, cutting ropes, and conducting load testing. In order to maintain a clean and organized environment, we also prioritize housekeeping activities and periodically repaint areas as needed. Lastly, we ensure the front elevation at the ground and parking entrance remains tidy by having a regular cleaning schedule.
